What we collect

• Email address for tickets and receipts.
• Purchase details (quantity, add-ons, Paystack reference).
• App Check + reCAPTCHA tokens to prevent fraud/bots.

We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by Paystack.

How we use data

To deliver tickets, confirm purchases, prevent duplicate or fraudulent orders, and contact you about your booking. Optional emails may be sent for event logistics and support.

Processors & sharing

• Paystack for payments (card data handled by Paystack).
• Firebase/Firestore for ticket storage and validation.
• SendGrid (if enabled) for confirmation emails.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information if required by law or to investigate fraud.

Retention

Ticket and receipt data is retained for compliance and fraud prevention, then deleted when no longer needed. You can request deletion of your contact email after the event unless law requires retention.

Your choices

Contact us to update or delete your contact email after the event. Declining to provide an email prevents digital ticket delivery.

Security

We use App Check, reCAPTCHA, and server-side validation to protect purchases. Connections are over HTTPS when supported by your host.
