Clear guidance on ticket refunds, cancellations, and changes.
All sales are final
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Event changes
Lineups and schedules may change. A change in artists, timings, or programming does not trigger refunds.
Event cancellation
If the event is cancelled, we will communicate the available remedy (reschedule or refund) in line with local law and platform capabilities.
Weather & safety
Outdoor events may continue in varying weather. If safety requires a shutdown, we will issue instructions. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.
