Rules for using our site and purchasing tickets for Thathe Beach Island events.
Tickets & pricing
Prices may change based on date or availability. The live price shown at checkout is the price you pay. All sales are final (see No Refunds Policy) unless required by applicable law.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store card numbers. By paying, you agree to Paystack's terms and our fraud-prevention checks.
Event admission
Bring a valid ticket (QR or reference) and ID if requested. Entry may be denied for unsafe behavior, capacity limits, or failure to comply with staff instructions.
Conduct
No harassment, violence, or prohibited substances. Follow beach and safety rules. We may remove guests who violate these terms without refund.
Content & IP
Site content, branding, and assets are owned by Thathe Beach Island or partners. Do not reuse without permission.
Liability
Event activities carry inherent risks. Attend at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury or property loss except where required by law.
Changes & cancellations
Schedules and lineups may change. If an event is cancelled, we will communicate next steps per our No Refunds Policy and applicable laws.
